Anne is a qualified chemical engineer and has worked within large corporations such as ICI and Babcock Contractors as a process design and development engineer on computer control of chemical plant. After studying for an M.A. in Computer Management Information Systems, a period of self-study in Relational Database Systems with the Open University and sitting the Microsoft Office Certified Specialist exams, she started offering database development in 1998 to provide custom database solutions to small enterprises and cost-effective support for all aspects of Microsoft Access. Anne Fleck & Associates grew out of the success of this enterprise.
Anne's broad range of industrial and educational experience enables her to quickly grasp the unique concepts and intricacies of each project and offer ways in which Microsoft Access can further enhance business processes and operations management. Her approach is one of openness and client involvement in the development process. Her aim is to leave you as an independent user of your system with the ability to create your own reports without the need to call in computer programmers.
